Real Time Reports

The stats don’t lie.

The Computer Managed Training System, CMTS is the control centre of FastTwitch Isokinetic Sports Equipment.

It provides an interface between machine, user, coach and trainer.

Users get to see their performance in real time.

Users can see their performance as they train on an interactive touch screen. The CMTS provides comparative data that shows their gains over time.  This gives users the extra motivation they need to lift their performance.

CMTS gives Coaches the Winning Edge

A coach has the benefit of hard data. The CMTS generates reports that allows the coach to track the performance of a single user overtime or benchmark one user against another.

With over 80 fields of information, a coach can carry out detailed analysis to aid decision-making.

Each user has a unique electronic signature.

The fast twitch user identification system is logging in with a pin code, a username or as a guest.

This makes it possible to identify individual users, groups or teams.

What sets the CMTS apart is the Fast Twitch Global reporting server.

It delivers information from the gym direct to the Coach.

A Coach can track the performance of a user in real time even from their office and even if the user is on the other side of the world.

Endurance Report

Set Endurance report shows averages of all completed reps as an endurance report.

 Shows start force as a ratio to finish force as a fatigue ratio.

 Shows comparison of start to finish, power, speed , force and fatigue ratios and cycle time.

 

Power Report

 Power report shows single rep maximum values for power, peak speed, acceleration time and importantly, how long power is exerted throughout the single Rep

Set Endurance Power Report

Endurance Rep report shows values of all Reps displayed in watts of power for all Reps Start to finish with fatigue ratios displayed.

 

Range of Motion Report

Range of motion report displays achieved R.O.M.,  useful for rehabilitation where limited R.O.M. is required.

 Measures all values for torque, power and R.O.M. tests with all other parameters recorded as in the reports for;

 Strength, Power, Comparison.

In some training environments, as little as 5 degrees added R.O.M. advances the training effect well beyond standard isotonic resistance R.O.M.training

Comparison Report

Comparison Report allows to select any strength, power or endurance single report and compare it against same or another athlete or a different date to track progress from start of program.

Useful for pre and post data.

Comparing advanced athletes against beginners.

Comparing pre and post injury results and progress.

Rep ( Strength ) Report

Selection of single best rep showing peak values of speed, power, time to peak force, acceleration time and angle that peaks were achieved, showing acceleration under load in degrees and milliseconds.

Can be compared against self or other athletes.

If you look back, during the 1960's and 1970's when people, "talked health" it was little more than that as in reality the general public did not participate in or at the very least maintain those activities with any consistency.

In the 80's and 90's gym chains emerged. People bought memberships, but the frequency of use was intermittent and not even a bip on the radar in comparison to today's lifestyle of daily exercise and healthier diet. This may be due to our ability to obtain current and comprehensive health related information easily through the internet and social media. which has educated and convinced us fuelling our desire to "improve ourselves" with healthy habits, aling with  a more sedentary work and leisure lifestyle.

Today's motiviation to "train" and the reason for our dedication is defined by each individual's interests and goals. Modern, normal day to day activity typically will not enhance the individual physical condition. To improve and develop ourselves we need to stress the muscles and the cardiovascular system, which are a popular form of exercise today. It is a form of Isotonic Exercise.
