When it comes to safely rotating the spine and core rotators, it imperative it’s done safely. Incorrect lumbar stability is the leading cause of injury across all sports. The Torso machine addresses this perfectly by allowing high speed rotation against resistance equally in both directions with zero break effect and eccentric slowing of movement.

Can the program be customised to correct any imbalance?

Yes the resistance control can be set independently to correct muscular imbalance.

What are the speed ranges?

Anywhere from 1-2 deg/sec to 800+ deg/sec. Max force as in isometric load can be measured also. Measures speed, power, ROM, peak torque, peak speed, endurance, fatigue and acceleration time. Has comparison report function.

What age bracket suits the equipment?

From 10-85 years, Ideal for early stage training for speed and power development and older ages for neurological reflex retention training.

What age limitation is there on this equipment?

As long as the user is able to fit around the bio mechanics of the equipment, there is no age limit. Providing the user can lift against gravity they can use the system. It will record a valid repetition provided a minimum of 5 deg. has been achieved. Ideal closed chain resistance system.
